Kami joined MDPC as a young child, in 1972 and grew up participating in many activities at the church. As an adult she has served MDPC as an elder in Women’s Ministry, and a  member and moderator of several committees including, Child Care Plus, MOMs, Summer Celebration, Alpha, Outreach, Discipleship and Education and Women’s Ministry. She graduated from Texas Christian University with degrees in psychology and art, and completed the Masters of Education program, at the University of Houston, where she became certified in General Education, Fine Arts, and Special Education.  She is excited to serve God, as a staff member, in Relationships Ministry.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, and traveling. She lives in Houston with her husband, Ed and their two sons, Carter and Cody.
