Carrie Goolsby rejoined the MDPC staff as Financial Accountant in January 2024.  She has prior work experience in public accounting, manufacturing, and healthcare. 

Carrie was raised in Houston and is a graduate of Baylor University.  Carrie and her husband Jim have been members at MDPC since 1995 and have two grown children, William and Michael.  Carrie enjoys college football, jigsaw puzzles, and playing mahjongg.
