Doug Dawson graduated from Memorial High School. He attended the University of Texas where he was an offensive lineman for the Texas Longhorns football team from 1980 to 1983 and was first-team All-American as a senior.
Doug enjoyed a career as an NFL offensive lineman for 11 seasons playing for the Houston Oilers from 1990–1993.
Doug is now a wealth management advisor in the Houston area for Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management.
